AD | Discounted Menu for Midweek Dining at the Dalmore Inn
The Dalmore Inn & Restaurant in Blairgowrie has announced a 20% discount covering all food purchases every Monday to Thursday during May and June (excluding set menus).
The all day dining venue, situated on Perth Road, is known for its relaxed, fine dining style, offering a wide range of menus, including a lunch menu, a light lunch menu, a steak menu, and its main dinner menu. It also offers daily changing specials, offering starters, mains and desserts. There’s also a Children’s Menu to help out families.
Local produce is to the fore, with the Dalmore Inn using a proven selection of trusted suppliers, ensuring that its team of skilled chefs are well equipped with fantastic fish, seafood, meat, vegetables, and local berries. Head Chef Iain Naysmith is also known for his game dishes, cooked & presented with real flair and imagination.
The current spring menu contains a new selection of dishes, along with Dalmore Inn favourites, such as fish and chips, lasagne, Whitby scampi, and steak.
For starters, superb quality local game is showcased with a dish of pigeon breast, with black pudding, caramelised apple and beetroot fondant. Or opt for garlic king prawn bruschetta. Another fresh option is zingy piri piri falafel.
Main courses offer a Panko breaded chicken caesar burger, cauliflower katsu curry, a tasty duo of lamb loin, and shoulder, and for fish lovers, a tempting fillet of salmon, served with a pea and prawn risotto.
When it comes to desserts, The Dalmore Inn really comes into its own, with all desserts freshly made on the premises. New selections include a cranachan parfait, a caramelised banana mille feuille, with chocolate mousse, banana curd, and caramel drizzle; and a stunning baked Hawaii, a delectable treat of passionfruit ice cream, coconut sponge, lime meringue and compressed pineapple (pictured).
“As we move into summer, and all the seasonal delights that this season brings, we are delighted to offer this midweek offer on our food choices here at The Dalmore Inn,” said Arnaud Merrouche, General Manager of the Dalmore Inn.
“We know that many people are still struggling with the cost of living crisis, so by taking 20% of our food prices, we're making it all just that little bit more affordable,” he said. “Senior citizens can often be looking for somewhere to eat for a delicious lunch Monday to Thursday. We hope they give us a try. We're confident they will really enjoy our delicious food."
“This offer may also suit groups and associations, who could be looking to get together over lunch or dinner. And June will bring the end of the school team so maybe local teachers could also come in for a meal before the summer holidays.”
